LG ThinQ-connected appliances may push a critical alert through the app before the failure becomes obvious — if you receive an unusual ThinQ notification about your LG refrigerator, washer, or range, call us rather than waiting to see if the condition resolves.

Safety First

If you see sparking or smell burning from any LG appliance, switch off the circuit breaker for that appliance. Our technicians will always complete a safety check before beginning any repair, and will advise you if the appliance should remain switched off until parts arrive.

Emergency call-outs are available from $120 (including the diagnostic). The final cost will be confirmed after on-site diagnosis. An after-hours surcharge applies to evening and weekend visits.
