Low Medium High
Code Meaning Severity Common Symptom
F1 Oven sensor open High The bake and broil elements remain cold because the control board cannot confirm oven temperature and has locked out the heating circuits. View F3 Control circuit fault High The control board detects an abnormally low sensor resistance suggesting an extreme temperature and cuts heating within seconds of activation as a safety measure. View F4 Oven over-temperature safety shutdown High Food placed in the oven chars, dries out, or burns significantly ahead of the expected cooking time, pointing to actual cavity temperatures well above the set point. View F5 Relay board failure High The display shows an active cooking cycle and counts down the timer, but the oven cavity remains at room temperature because the relay cannot complete the circuit to the element. View F7 Stuck touchpad key Medium The control panel display shows a key as permanently active or the oven begins a function without user input, indicating the board is receiving a continuous signal from the stuck key position. View F9 Door lock failure High The door latch motor has stalled or the position switch has failed, preventing the lock from retracting and trapping the door in the locked position after the self-clean cycle. View F10 Self-clean door lock motor failure High The oven door remains freely openable after a self-clean cycle is initiated — the expected click or resistance of the locked latch is absent. View F11 Control panel key shorted Medium The oven locks out all keypad input when it detects a shorted condition on one or more key positions, rendering the entire control panel non-functional. View F24 Steam thermistor fault (open or shorted) Medium The oven's steam cooking mode fails to generate steam — water may be added to the reservoir but no steam is produced during the cooking cycle. View TCO Over-temp protection activated High The thermal cutout has opened the heating circuit as a safety measure; the oven will display tCO and refuse to energize any heating element until the cutout is reset or replaced.
