Smart Diagnostics for LG ThinQ Appliances
LG's proprietary ThinQ technology allows many appliances to self-report error codes and performance data through the LG ThinQ app. Our technicians are fully versed in interpreting these diagnostics alongside traditional hands-on inspection. For LG washers equipped with NFC Tag-On technology, a quick tap with a smartphone can surface hidden fault logs that shorten diagnostic time considerably. We also cover LG Inverter Direct Drive motors found in models such as the WM4000H and WM6500H, testing motor performance and control board signals before quoting any repair.
What a Diagnostic Visit Covers
During a standard diagnostic visit we inspect the appliance thoroughly, test all primary components under load, retrieve stored error codes, and document our findings in a written report you keep. For refrigerators such as the LRMV3006S and LRF29S5AST, we check compressor draw, inverter board output, and sealed-system pressure where accessible. For LG ranges and slide-in models in the LRE and LSE series, we verify igniter resistance, bake-element continuity, and convection-fan operation. Dishwashers in the LDF and LDFN series receive a full wash-cycle simulation to isolate fill-valve, pump, and control issues.

Diagnostic visits are available from $75. The final cost will be confirmed after on-site diagnosis. If you proceed with a recommended repair, the diagnostic fee is applied toward the total service cost.
