Routine preventive maintenance extends the lifespan of your LG appliances, reduces energy consumption, and prevents the inconvenient mid-cycle failures that always seem to happen at the worst possible moment. Our maintenance visits are calibrated to LG's own service recommendations and cover the specific wear points found in LG's Inverter Direct Drive motors, Linear Compressor refrigerators, and ThinQ-connected cooking appliances.
Washer and Dryer Maintenance
LG front-load washers accumulate biofilm in the drum gasket and detergent dispenser over time — a leading cause of odour complaints on the WM3400CW, WM4500HBA, and similar models. Our maintenance service includes a deep gasket clean, dispenser disassembly and sanitisation, drum-bearing noise check, and a drain-pump filter flush. For LG dryers such as the DLGX7901BE and DLEX6500 series, we clean the full lint-duct path from the drum seal to the wall exhaust cap, check the moisture sensor bars for oxidation, and inspect the drum support rollers and idler pulley for early wear.
Refrigerator Maintenance
LG Linear Compressor refrigerators require periodic condenser-coil cleaning to maintain rated energy efficiency. On bottom-freezer and French-door models such as the LRMVS3006S and LRF31945ST, we vacuum the condenser coil, test the evaporator fan motor, verify defrost-heater operation, and inspect door gaskets for air leaks. We also update firmware on ThinQ-connected models where applicable, which can resolve minor connectivity glitches without a separate service call.
Dishwasher and Cooking Appliance Maintenance
LG LDT and LDF series dishwashers benefit from annual spray-arm de-scaling, filter basket cleaning, and door-latch inspection. For LG ranges in the LRE, LSE, and LTG series, we clean the burner ports, check igniter spark gaps, inspect oven door hinges, and test the convection fan and thermal limiter — all tasks that keep your cooking appliances performing to their rated specifications.

Preventive maintenance visits start from $95 per appliance. The final cost will be confirmed after on-site assessment. Bundle discounts apply when scheduling maintenance for two or more LG appliances in the same visit.
