LG dishwasher recall: water leak fire hazard (lsdf9962st) — here’s what you need to know.

Affected Models: LG model LSDF9962ST dishwashers, manufactured between February 2013 and August 2014. Approximately 11,200 units sold in the United States.
Issue: A faulty connection between the water supply line and the dishwasher body can cause water to leak onto electrical connections, posing a fire hazard. LG received 21 reports of leaking, including 2 reports of fire and 1 report of smoke.
Consumer Action: Stop using the recalled dishwasher immediately and contact LG for a free inspection and repair. LG will send a technician to inspect and repair the water connection at no cost.
